AutoCare

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Pages visited within the Application, along with visit timestamps and time spent
• Total time spent in the Application
• The operating system on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise location data from your device, and does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you with important notices, required information, or marketing promotions. Any personally identifiable information you provide will be retained and used as described in this policy.

AutoCare allows you to add and manage information about your vehicles, including make, model, year, license plate, mileage, and maintenance service records.

• This information is stored locally on your device using on-device storage and is not transmitted to or stored on any external server operated by the Service Provider
• The Service Provider does not have access to this data and cannot view, recover, or restore it
• If you uninstall the Application or clear its storage, this data will be permanently lost unless you have backed it up yourself

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application. The Application uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

The Service Provider may disclose your information in the following circumstances:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
• When disclosure is necessary in good faith to protect rights, safety, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government request
• With trusted service providers acting on their behalf, who have agreed to adhere to this privacy policy

AutoCare displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use the following data:

AutoCare itself does not request or access your device's precise location. The AdMob SDK may infer an approximate location from your IP address for the purpose of showing relevant ads. This is handled entirely by Google's AdMob service and is separate from any functionality within AutoCare.

You can opt out of personalized advertising:

• Notifications AutoCare requests permission to send notifications so it can remind you about upcoming or overdue vehicle maintenance. You can disable this at any time through your device's system settings without affecting the app's other functionality.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it at any time, using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. To request deletion of your data, contact the Service Provider at madzlab.dev@gmail.com.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, it will be immediately deleted. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information should contact madzlab.dev@gmail.com.

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data it processes and maintains.
